Welcome to Bypetal Florist. By accessing our website or purchasing our floral products/services, you agree to the following terms. Prices are listed in SGD and may change without prior notice.

1. Booking & Payment

A 50% non-refundable retainer secures your wedding date. The remaining 50% is due at least 14 days before the event. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

2. Postponement

Notify us at least 14 days in advance. Your retainer is non-refundable but transferable to a new date, subject to availability within 6 months.

3. Cancellation

The 50% retainer is strictly non-refundable. Any additional payments may be converted into floral products or services of equivalent value within 6 months.

4. Flower Availability

Flowers are seasonal and subject to market availability. We reserve the right to substitute with similar varieties of equal or higher value, while maintaining the agreed palette and style.

5. Rental Items

Props, stands, and artificial florals are available for rental only. A $300 refundable security deposit may be required before setup. Loss or damage will be deducted from the deposit.

6. Early Setup

A $200 surcharge applies for setups scheduled between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

7. Venue & Setup Conditions

You are responsible for ensuring the venue allows setup at the agreed timing. ByPetal is not liable for delays caused by venue restrictions or third-party vendors.

8. Outdoor Conditions

Outdoor flowers may be affected by heat, wind, or rain. We are not responsible for deterioration caused by environmental conditions after setup.

9. Photography

We reserve the right to photograph and use images of our arrangements for portfolio and marketing purposes.

10. Agreement

By making payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

Delivery & Collection

• Delivery is available within Singapore (fees may apply).
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, traffic, or events beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, photos, and designs on this website belong to Bypetal Florist unless otherwise stated. Do not use or reproduce without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
