3. Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final and non-refundable.

• Order changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before delivery/collection, subject to approval.

• In rare cases (supplier issues, seasonal shortages), we may substitute flowers of similar style and value.

4. Event/Wedding Floral Services

• A deposit (non-refundable) may be required to secure your wedding/event date.
